   NT.CH. SQ.CH. Hutson's Ole Bandit

N.K.C. NT.CH. SQ.CH. Hutson's Ole Bandit is my top dog here at the kennel.  When Bandit was a small pup, I knew I had something special.  I started training him right away. After putting alot of miles on him and hair in his mouth, I'm very proud to own him. Not only is he my buddy, he is one of the top tree dogs that I have had the pleasure of owning. Bandit hunts hard, goes deep when necessary, gets treed, and stays put until I go get him. He trees up on the tree and trees hard like a coon dog should! Bandit, not only being a good pleasure dog, has more than proved himself in the competition arena.  Winning and placing in several states, he has hunted in some of the larger state title hunts where there were numerous coon dogs to compete against.  Bandit is NT. CH. with 3 wins toward GR. NT.  And he will be finished out this spring.  Bandit, like all my dogs here, are good pets but their main purpose is treeing squirrels and coons.  I'm breeding Bandit to some top females across the country and the results are looking good. He is putting the right stuff in his pups.  I've one desire or purpose and that is to produce top, hard treeing squirrel and coon dogs.  Bandit is that kind of dog and that alone is the reason I've chosen him to lead my kennel.

Hutson’s Ole Poncho is now a little over 2 years old.  He is finishing into a top coon dog.  Poncho was an early starting pup that started treeing at 6 months old.  I feel that Poncho is carrying some of the best blackmouth tree blood that is available.  Poncho is out of two top dogs: his sire being NT.CH.SQ.CH. Hutson's Ole Bandit, and his dam is GR.SQ.CH.TR.CH. Hell Creek Dixie.  Poncho had no other choice but to make the caliber of dog that he is.  He is as hard a hunter as a man could want in a dog.  He can take a tough track, put a tree at the end, and have the coon!  In thin coon territory, he will blast deep into the timber and get treed.  I feel I have Poncho almost ready to hit the road putting him in competition hunts across the country.  Poncho, as most of our dogs, is an extremely well handling dog.  When I am through hunting, I give Poncho a pat on the head, I tell him to “stay with me” and he will walk beside me no matter how rough the terrain all the way to the truck.  I do not have to use a leash.  His temperament is one of the best I have seen in this breed.  There is not a mean hair on him.  He will hunt with any dog.  Usually Poncho is very independent, likes to get by himself, and get treed.   Poncho is going to have a big part in our kennel breeding program.

Hutson's Ole Roxie

Roxie is now a little over 3 years old.  Like most, she started treeing young.  We hunt Roxie on squirrel and coon.  She is off of one of the first litters off Bandit and our Ruby female.  She is one of the deepest hunting blackmouth curs we have and have ever had.  Roxie handles great, but if needed she will go get treed as deep as needed. She is very fast on the track, and a nice little tree dog. She is our top female here at the kennel and she knows it, too. Roxie is a lot of fun to hunt, and when she isn’t in the woods, she is my wife’s pet in the yard.

Hutson's Ole Zip

Zip is a nice young dog that is off of Zip Code and Roxie.  He is going to finish into another good dog for our kennel.  He has a big motor under his hood!  He doesn't mind going deep when necessary to get treed.  You will be hearing more about Zip in the future. Jan 2012.
